We live in an age of communication - communication that
is both a wonderful tool and a frequent irritant. We have people talking to
people by voice, text and images, machines talking to machines. Time and
distance are virtually eliminated. So why all the frustration?
Depending on how the technology is used, it can
erect barriers to direct contact. We believe that communication technologies

contact with the person or department you need. If sending or receiving
detailed information is your purpose, email provides a better medium. But
sometimes it just comes down to individual preference. Our experience shows us
