Enhancement requests can be channeled through the 4Site
Support Team or simply logged via internet, day or night, on the electronic
4Site Request System.
Changes may enhance usability or simply provide an alternative way of doing
things, a way that is more suited to a particular situation or environment.
Clients new to 4Site may wish to replicate a
valued feature from a legacy system. Still other changes may include whole new
functions or reports that fill an emerging need.
In many cases 4Site’s many built in
customization features allow you to tailor processes, formats, even the whole
look and feel of the system. For further additions or modifications, a
4Site development team can provide complete analysis, specification,
programming and installation services. Once a customer's enhancement becomes
part of system release it joins the rest of 4Site
under the support umbrella.
