4Site implementation specialists. Choosing the right people for the
implementation project team is crucial for a successful outcome.
Client members of the team must be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and capable of
building commitment to project goals. Ideally the client Project Team should
represent all departments affected by the proposed systems. To ensure that the
resulting system meets the needs of all in the organization, key individuals
should thoroughly understand corporate policies, standards, procedures,
processes and functions within their specific areas.
