Under the standard support agreement, all customers have unlimited access to the support team via phone, email and the electronic request system. These support specialists, many of whom are also experienced developers, are well-equipped to handle any problems and provide guidance.

  Implementation support
Help with implementation

A new client's relationship with the 4Site Support Team begins with the implementation team during the planning phase. As the implementation project winds down, the support team collaborates with the 4Site implementation team members to ensure a smooth transition from training and test to full production mode.

In those early days, the support team maintains particularly close contact with new clients, supplementing formal training with answers to questions and insights into expanding product uses.

One-on-one assistance with problems

4Site's support program couldn't be simpler. When clients need help, they get it - immediately, no languishing in voice jail, no disembodied voice assuring them that their call is important. All clients who have a standard support agreement have unlimited access to the support team. Whether by phone, email or fax, the experienced and approachable support team is there to help you get over a hurdle, resolve a problem or discuss a request.

  Electronic Request System
On-line support request system

24/7, clients can log and monitor requests on-line with the 4Site Request System. Once you submit a request, the support team assigns a person, investigates and responds, updating the request status at each stage.

As well as logging your own requests, you can search the request system database for enhancements, suggestions, fixes or outstanding issues that may be related to your current interest.

 
  Upgrade and enhancement delivery
Delivering enhancements and upgrades

Under the standard 4Site support agreement, customers receive new versions, enhancements and upgrades at no additional cost. fsc limited uses an automated upgrade procedure, delivered on CD, that requires few IT resources. Even major upgrades are typically completed in less than one hour. Summary documentation describing the changes and explaining any client choices is included along with on-line help associated with application changes.

 
  Documentation
Documentation offered in many forms

An easy way to find a quick and reliable answers is to click the Help button on any 4Site window or press the F1 key to display help focused on the current entry. Of course the 4Site On-line Help System also includes a robust table of contents and index and full text search. You can also check the 4Site manuals. If a manual isn't close to hand, you can download electronic versions from the clients' section of the 4Site web site.

 
  User to User
User groups and discussions

Sometimes nothing works like talking to someone who has been there, or someone who has part of a solution when you have the other part. The 4Site Forum, accessible from the 4Site web site, gives you the opportunity to participate in on-line, user to user discussions.

For face to face get-togethers with other users and 4Site specialists, the 4Site User Group meetings provide a great chance to network with other professionals in your field, pick up useful tips and join in discussions that help you do your job.
