support ?
4Site's built-in customization facilities that
are available to all 4Site users allow
language and terminology changes for display screens and reports throughout the

Does 4Site offer a Bid or Quotation management
feature ?
Yes. 4Site Bid Management has the tools to
easily develop bid documents that can be emailed, faxed or mailed to the
prospective suppliers. When returned the responses can be analyzed and bids
awarded to one or several vendors. This application has proven to be a
significant cost saver.
Is there electronic Work Flow with 4Site, and
if so, is it actually part of the system or from a third party vendor.
4Site Work Flow is a core system feature
developed as part of 4Site to manage the
step-by-step progress of documents such as work orders, requisitions and
project appropriations.
Does any HR software come with the system?
4Site includes a complete Timesheet
application and a Persons record to maintain important information about each
individual. This is not a complete HR package but the 4Site
team would be pleased to discuss your requirements with you and explain how we
can add any functionality that you might require in this area. We'd also like
to note that we have existing interfaces to HR/Payroll packages.
Are there any Project Management capabilities?
Yes. 4Site provides tools to track costs and
management the scheduling requirements of any size project. Also provided with
4Site is a two-way interface with Microsoft Project ®.
Are there any Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) provided with
4Site ?
Yes, the 4Site team understands how useful
KPI's are for viewing performance results at a glance. Also, as part of an
implementation process we can develop more individualized KPI's that give you
exactly the data you need.
Can 4Site be run wirelessly on a Handheld, PDA
or Mobile Device ?
4Site Mobile is a suite of applications specifically
designed to operate on Handheld/Mobile devices. A few of the applications
include Work Orders, Stores Requests, Timesheets and Bar Coding.
What is the cost of system upgrades and how are they handled ?
All system upgrades are included under the single standard support agreement.
As upgrades become available the Support team delivers them across the Web or
on CD, and provides an automated install facility to complete the operation.

How long does 4Site implementation generally
take ?
With the help of data conversion specialists and on-site training personnel,
4Site implementation and startup times are among the lowest in the
industry. And with the modular design of 4Site,
different departments can start using 4Site at
their own pace.
Is 4Site Scalable ?
4Site can scale from the small workgroup
environment up to the large enterprise arena. Server processing can be combined
onto a single machine in the workgroup, or be distributed onto numerous
networked servers.
